Shipping policy

At Nest & Nook, we're committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Cost Shipping is included in the product price — there is no extra shipping charge at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Please note: We currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Multiple Shipments If your order includes products from different fulfillment partners, items may ship separately. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or order total.
