Shipping policy
At Nest and Nook, we're committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost Shipping is included in the product price — there is no extra shipping charge at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Canada: 8–18 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.
Please note: We currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Multiple Shipments If your order includes products from different fulfillment partners, items may ship separately. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes — Important Notice Your order ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. This means your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fees imposed by your destination country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. They are determined by your local customs authority based on the product type, declared value, and applicable regulations — and are outside our control.
We are unable to predict or guarantee the exact amount of any customs or import charges. If you are unsure about the duties or taxes applicable in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
What this means for you:
United States: Orders may be subject to US customs duties depending on the product value and type.
United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to UK VAT and import duties.
Canada: Orders may be subject to Canadian customs duties and GST/HST.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If your order is held at customs, please contact your local customs office directly.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@nestandnookliving.store and we'll look into it right away.
